Year of interview was not available as separate variable, therefore it was coded based on the month when interview was conducted. Fieldwork period extended between April 2009-May2010, All months between May and December are coded as 2009, and months from January to April as 2010. This is an approximation as April and May were interview months in both year.

In 2008, the diary collection period is from February 2008 to January 2009, thus the majority of respondents have diaries in 2008 and a small minority have diaries in 2009.
